1.Requirements for UPVC plastic steel tile roof structure:The layer frame structure uses steel or wood as purlins,and the rows of purlins should be flat and not deformed.The two purlins should be parallel to each other and have a uniform span.

When installing and overlapping UPVC plastic steel tiles,trapezoidal tiles should be overlapped horizontally with one wave,and small circular tiles should be overlapped with two waves.When the span exceeds 24 meters,it is recommended to overlap three waves with small circular tiles,and the recommended longitudinal overlap length is 200mm.Please determine the overlap layer ash according to the direction of water flow and wind inside to avoid water leakage caused by installation.

For roof roofs with a thickness of 20mm or more,it is recommended that the span of the rows be≤900mm

If UPVC plastic steel tiles are fixed with self powered screws,it is necessary to drill holes in advance.The diameter of the Xia Bi screw is 1-2mm larger It is recommended to use PVC specialized tile structures for fixing PVC star tiles,with a minimum of 6 fasteners per square meter.Waterproof caps can be installed above the fasteners.Roof tiles should be laid around the perimeter of the frame.Please add appropriate fasteners and ensure that the part of the roof tile protruding from the eaves is within 100mm.

5.The overlap between UPVC plastic steel tiles and roof tiles should consider the influence of slope and dominant wind throughout the year.The arrangement sequence and laying of roof tiles should be opposite to the local dominant wind direction throughout the year,that is,the exposed outer interface of the tiles should be facing away from the dominant wind direction.

6.All fixing components of UPVC plastic steel tiles need to be installed at the top of the wave,and ensure that the fixing components are flush with the tile surface.The fixing components cannot be tightened too tightly to avoid deformation of the roof tiles and water leakage.
