When laying and installing synthetic resin tiles, if you want to ensure that the entire tile body can achieve a tight fit, of course, you need a reasonable installation manual for synthetic resin tiles. There are some places that need special attention. Here, resin tile manufacturers, plastic steel tile manufacturers, and PVC tile manufacturers emphasize to us:

1. During the installation of synthetic resin tiles, it is necessary to install them in reverse according to the local wind direction. In order to make the tiles more sturdy on the roof, at least one wave needs to be horizontally overlapped between the two tiles. In areas with strong winds, two waves need to be overlapped; As for vertical overlap, the requirement is 20-25cm, and in areas with strong winds, at least 40cm is needed; At the overlapping area of the tiles, which is the contact point between the purlins, self tapping bolts are required for fixing, and it is recommended to use 6 sets of nails per square meter.

2. In order to ensure that the waveform of the installation of the straight roof tiles can be completely matched, for a two slope roof, the installation of synthetic resin tiles must be carried out synchronously and symmetrically on both slopes.

3. Self tapping bolts can be used to fix the fixing parts of the tiles for rectification. First, the bolt sealing gasket should be placed and then moderately tightened with an electric wrench. It is also necessary to cover the waterproof cap.
