Source: Zhejiang Honch Technology Co., Ltd. │ Publication time: 2019-08-20

Anti corrosion purlins are a safe and environmentally friendly building installation material widely used in the chemical construction industry. Below, resin tile manufacturers, plastic steel tile manufacturers, and PVC tile manufacturers will introduce the classification of anti-corrosion purlins.

Anti corrosion purlins can be divided into main purlins and secondary purlins. The main purlins are connected and installed on the structural columns and beams of the roof and exterior walls, while the secondary purlins are connected and installed on the foundation structures of the roof panels and exterior walls. Both main and secondary purlins are commonly used primary structural components in modern steel structure building design.

When installing anti-corrosion purlins, specialized wooden boards should be used at the joints of the anti-corrosion purlins, and self tapping screws should be used to fix the anti-corrosion purlins. The beam distance should be less than or equal to 6000 millimeters, and the purlin distance should be less than or equal to 900 millimeters. No remaining tiles or other debris should be piled up on the anti-corrosion purlins.
