With the increasing use of anti-corrosion purlins, anti-corrosion purlins are gradually being valued by people. Below, resin tile manufacturers, plastic steel tile manufacturers, and PVC tile manufacturers will teach us some correct installation methods for anti-corrosion purlins.
1. The anti-corrosion purlin should be directly mounted on the steel beam without any gaps.
2. The connection between two anti-corrosion purlins should not be too tight, leaving a gap of two millimeters.
3. The distance between the edge of the anti-corrosion purlin and the screw hole should not be less than 20 millimeters to avoid affecting the strength and stress of the anti-corrosion purlin.
4. When installing anti-corrosion purlins, no more than two people should stand on each load-bearing point of the anti-corrosion purlin.
5. When installing bolts for anti-corrosion purlins, special support heads should be installed at both ends of the anti-corrosion purlins first.
6. The spacing between two screw holes on the same anti-corrosion purlin should be greater than 80 millimeters, and it is important not to hit them on the same section to avoid adjacent holes affecting the product's performance and mechanical properties.
7. The installation and connection of anti-corrosion purlins should use L-shaped connectors and be fixed with bolts.
8. Before installing the bolts for the anti-corrosion purlin, the nuts and purlin support plates should be on the same side, and the bolts should be tightened appropriately without damaging the shape of the anti-corrosion purlin.
