How effective is APVC composite tile in resisting or attracting external heat? The resin tile manufacturers, plastic steel tile manufacturers, and PVC tile manufacturers have conducted a series of tests on this, and the results are now announced as follows:
1. APVC composite tiles have strong weather resistance. Reflected in: The exterior material of the tile is made by co extruding a super weather resistant resin surface layer, with a weather resistant layer thickness of ≥ 0.2mm, ensuring the durability and corrosion resistance of the product.
2. APVC composite tiles have excellent thermal insulation performance. The primary manifestation is that the thermal conductivity of this product is 0.325 w/m.k, which is approximately 1/310 of clay tiles, 1/5 of cement tiles, and 1/2000 of 0.5mm thick color steel tiles. Both are fully opaque, and compared with two-layer co extrusion, the major advantage of this product is a significant improvement in thermal insulation function.
3. APVC composite tiles have excellent sound insulation performance. The experiment shows that under the influence of rainstorm, strong wind and other harsh external environment, this tile has a good function of absorbing noise, and the noise of color steel plate will be reduced by more than 30dB.
Based on the above experimental data, it is not difficult to see that the thermal insulation performance of APVC composite tiles is good, and other aspects are also good. This is the primary reason for its soaring sales in the market, as people have gradually accepted it.
